It’s pretty simple, Treat others as you wish to be treated and you wont have any problems.
The guild will only help you as much as you help the guild. Dont expect to be on an end game content team if your not helping contribute to the guild well being.
Raiding Rules
Raid Attendance
Showing up to raids late is unacceptable. Being tardy to a raid makes it take much longer then they need to and causes other people to leave or be up too late. We know sometimes that the unexpected occurs, however if you are continually late your spot will be forfeited to someone who makes an effort to show up on time. If you know that you are going to be 10 mins late then PLEASE let us know ahead of time so we can start clearing trash and not wonder where you are.
Please don’t sign up for a raid that you cannot give at least 3 hours of your time to. The time it takes to replace someone can be a major hindrance to the rest of the raid.
Please accept or decline your raid invitation. If you have not done so 24 hours before raid time then you will be replaced. It is ok to decline raids. We know things come up and people have real lives it’s not a big deal. Just please do so at least 24 hours before the raid is scheduled to go.
If you no-show to raids or are constantly late you may be removed from raiding status.
Raid Readiness
Show up ready to start the raid at the given time. If the calendar says we start at 6 server than we are attacking the first mob at 6. Not forming groups, summoning people, buying stuff at the AH, repairing etc.. If you are not on and ready at the given time you may be replaced. It would be wise to show up at least 15 mins early to avoid all possibilities of this. Again PLEASE let us know if you are going to be late.
If you are new to a dungeon or a certain boss, then please youtube the fight or use tankspot or some other online source to know what part you play in the fight. You don’t need to memorize the encounter, just have a basic understanding of it and what to watch out for.
Raid Behavior
Please do not intentionally disrupt the raid, for example pulling the boss because you think it’s funny. Also putting down trains when the raid leaders are trying to explain fights is not acceptable.
Please use the time before a boss fight to listen to the instructions given by the raid leaders. Just having everyone listen all at once would save us a lot of time. We should not be spending 30 minutes between each boss attempt. Listen the first time and you wont have to hear everyone’s job 4 times. Please keep vent clear when the raid leaders are explaining fights..
Raid Add-ons
We will require you to have as a minimum Vent, Deadly Boss Mods and Omen (or some threat meter). other add-ons can help you and are recommended
Breaks
Do not go AFK without expressing that you are AFK By typing it in the raid chat. Going AFK right before a boss is unacceptable. If we have to explain a boss fight twice because you were AFK we will not be happy. We will provide a 10 min break at a convenient spot in the raid. Try to save your breaks for this time.
